Rules and regulaions applied on Plot 561 the building

• Guests must be announced by the Reception clerk to the flat's owner before heading there.
• Maintenance fee is due first of May of each year, it can be paid by installments as follow:
  • Trimester: May - June - July
  • Trimester: August - September - October
  • Trimester: November - December - January
  • Trimester: February - March - April
• Starting the first of May, the first payment must be done in order to issue the personal access card to the sea facilities.
• If maintenance of second trimester is not paid, the Administration has the right to deny access to the sea facilities, cut all services and start legal procedure.
• Each flat have a book f 20 free invitation tickets for their guests per month during Summer Season (June - July - August - September)
• Validity of each book is one month.
• Above that number, books of 20 tickets can be bought for a special price pf 200,000 L.L. only.
• Personal Membership Cards to access the sea facilities, are issued by the Administration either to the owner and his family or to the tenant and his family (Family = husband, wife, children).
• Information requested from the owner must be completed before issuing the Personal Card.
• Each flat has the rightt to one parking lot and one parking card.
• Personal parking card is used to park one car.

Rules and regulaions applied on Plot 558 Beach facilities

• Summer season (June to September)
• Opening hours:
  • From 9:00 to 19:00
  • From 19:00 to 23:00 to Co-Owners, tenants, their families and guests.
• Entry is conditioned by presenting the personal member's card.
• An invitation ticket must be signed and dated by the host. Any missing info on the ticket the guest will not pass.
• Invited guests must be received by their host in person at the entrance.
• Access to customers from outside the resort is subject to selection at the reception desk.
• Food, Drinks cannot be brought in.
• For security reason, bags will be searched at the entrance.
• Jogging around the pool is strictly forbidden all day long.
• City clothes, shoes are forbidden around the pool.
• Swimming is forbidden for maids at all time anywhere in Malibu bay Beach Club.
• Children up to 7 years old should be accompanied by an adult if they leave the area prepared for them (Playground area and children swimming pool).
• Animals are forbidden in the premises at all time.
• Tennis court is payable and must be reserved in advance.
• Basket ball court is polyvalent sport court graciously open from 9:00 to 19:00 and payable after hours.
• No football court is available in Malibu Bay, Playing football on the greens or anywhere else is strictly forbidden.
• Anyone not respecting these rules and regulations will be asked to leave the beach facilities.

Owners - Tenants relationship

• When an owner rents his flat or cabin, all the services and privileges are transferred to the tenant.
• Either the owner or the tenant has access to the beach facilities, not both.
• Rental contracts must be conducted by Malibu Bay management office, with proper follow up.
